Onradio.com Enables Radio Stations to Extend Brand, Increase Revenue
Opportunities Through Station-Branded Media Player

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999--
Onradio.com to Use Microsoft Windows Media Technologies 4.0 to Stream
Station Signal

Onradio.com, the largest network of radio station Web sites on the
Internet, today announced the availability of the Onradio.com Branded
Media Player. The custom-designed product, which incorporates each
station's look and feel into Microsoft's (Nasdaq:MSFT) Streaming Media
Technologies, is designed to provide local radio stations with
additional branding and revenue-generating opportunities.

The Branded Player will enable Onradio.com's affiliates to easily extend their station brand and to generate non-traditional revenue through national and local advertising and sponsorships. Unlike other branded solutions, the Onradio.com Branded Media Player does not require additional hardware or software downloads, plug-ins or significant bandwidth.

Two Onradio.com affiliates (WBLS in New York and Q101 in Chicago) have
already beta tested the product, which will be available to all of
Onradio.com's streaming stations starting this month. The product will
incorporate Windows Media Technologies 4.0 -- which includes the Windows Media Player, Windows Media Tools and Windows Media Services -- when the final version is released. Onradio.com's streaming stations have a combined potential reach of more than 15 million listeners.

"We're pleased Onradio.com is taking advantage of the innovations in
Windows Media Technologies 4.0," said Will Poole, senior director of
marketing and business development, Streaming Media Division at
Microsoft Corp. "We are committed to providing the radio industry with
streaming solutions, and recognize the importance of working with
companies like Onradio.com, which provide turnkey Internet services to
the radio industry."

Why Stations Stream With Onradio.com

In addition to brand extension and non-traditional revenue, radio
stations within the Onradio.com network also benefit from exposure on
MSN.COM, one of the top five most trafficked sites on the Web. In
conjunction with the Windows Radio toolbar feature of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, driving traffic to Onradio.com affiliate sites becomes a breeze.

Affiliates also benefit from Onradio.com's partnership with INTERVU
(Nasdaq:ITVU), a leading streaming service provider, which offers a
distributed network architecture that enables very high volumes of
simultaneous Internet users while ensuring high quality delivery of
audio and video streams.

"As a Microsoft MSN Platinum Partner, Onradio.com offers its streaming
affiliates visibility on a highly trafficked site," said Ricardo
Ramirez, president and CEO of Onradio.com.

"In addition, Windows Media Technologies 4.0 offers the highest levels of quality, performance and ease of use. We're very pleased to offer our streaming stations an unparalleled level of technology and service available through our alliances with Microsoft and INTERVU."
