djia, That is why I want to know about Compaq's Revenue. Ashok Kumar on Friday did not seem that concerned about Intel's earnings even though Compaq warned. If he is not concerned about Intel, it means Microsoft is even better off.

Maybe we might have a sell on the Compaq rumor and buy on the actual news. After all Compaq had a loss this time last quarter. Maybe CPQ does not drop significantly and other PC related stocks go up by the end of the day. That cash on the sidelines may be getting ready to jump in.

Good luck.

I might actually buy Compaq if it keeps dropping late afternoon. I missed out on such an opportunity on Oracle recently. Or i might just get that opportunity on Oracle again.
All short term trades of course.

Depends on the amount of the drop.
