*** I CALCULATE A FAIR MARKET VALUE OF $1.40 - $2.40 FOR TSIG ***
(and possibly much higher over the next 3-12 months)

So, based on your conservative numbers, Bob, and making them even more conservative, it looks like certainly over $50,000,000 in revenues at good margin.

Pretty impressive eps numbers even with 50M+ shares out.

** here's my (even more) conservative estimates:**
50 Million in revs next 12 months
.25 profit margin
_____

12.5M Gross Profit
- 6.0-9.0 overhead?
_____

= 6.5 - 3.5M NET PROFIT

divide this by 53M shares out

_____

= 7 cents to 12 cents WORST CASE EPS

_____

If a PE of 20 is used (very low) we get:

$1.40 to $2.40 for a very conservative Fair Market Value.

Comments? Does this sound about what everyone is expecting?
