That's right usually the mother stock really takes a hit when the IPO comes out , this was a half hearted attempt to keep the price up . In hindsight it didn't work . Fri. close is lower than the price before the big runup. Really I think that when a co. does an IPO the shareholders should automatically get a pro-rated % of the shares depending on how many shares they own. Because the shareholders alot of times are the ones who are going to suffer pricewise when the mother stock drops. best of luck to all. richard
