I don't believe the Vancouver exchange uses MM's the same way NSDQ does. If I understand the process they will sign up MMs as part of their NSDQ listing process. Net: the MM requirement shouldn't be a barrier esp in this internet market. I'm not a broker or underwriter so just a layman's explanation IMHO.

The last time I looked was about 6 weeks ago, and the number was
at 15 or so then; now at 31. Everybody wants a piece of this one!
