Would Slob Milosevic had created such devastating misery and death to the innocent citizens of Kosovo if NATO hadn't attacked. Perhaps not. Perhaps, Milosevic would've committed "ethnic cleansing" over a longer period of time. But, either way, I feel that Milosevic's "ethnic cleansing" plans for Kosovo were already decided. One thing that noone can deny is that Slob Milosevic is a vicious, greedy, power hungry dictator that doesn't care what, or how many he destroys. He is the second coming of Hitler. << ... and the Russians are inflamed. >> I don't feel that Russia is a threat. They need western cash. They run their country very badly. I find it amazing that a country the size of Russia, with the natural resources that they have, cannot find the human resources that they need to run the country more efficiently and less corrupt.
