This is debatable. Would Slob Milosevic had created such devastating misery and death to the innocent citizens of Kosovo if NATO hadn't attacked. Perhaps not. Perhaps, Milosevic would've committed "ethnic cleansing" over a longer period of time. But, either way, I feel that Milosevic's "ethnic cleansing" plans for Kosovo were already decided.

One thing that noone can deny is that Slob Milosevic is a vicious, greedy, power hungry dictator that doesn't care what, or how many he destroys. He is the second coming of Hitler.

I don't feel that Russia is a threat. They need western cash. They run their country very badly. I find it amazing that a country the size of Russia, with the natural resources that they have, cannot find the human resources that they need to run the country more efficiently and less corrupt.
