Correct there money is tied up end of story and thats where Aberex comes into the picture.As some NLW were about to fill there pockets once again at the exspense of there readers.Now what kind of BS is that.If and When Aberex goes Ahead I'm going to be watching who the Placees are.

I don't buy that at all.....If ABZ was handcuffed by the terms of their last underwriting, they were aware of that for quite some time now, and at least for 6 months, if not a year, assuming that management makes and uses budgets like every other company does in the normal course of business....all they had to do was an interim private placement for $4 to $5 million with the likes of Franco Nevada(in for a pound, in for another penny)....ABZ directors and management appear to have been negligent in their duties...plain and simple as that.....
