A little over 93,000,000 issued. Supposed to be 73 or 74,00,000 really issued after the final figures of dilution from the Pp are in. Dr. Frankel is getting to the bottom of that and we are all waiting with baited breath for his report this week. I hope someone can clear the definitions and wording anomalies found in the 10K as it relates to what the doc gets from the lawyers. Instinct tells me he won't be easy for them to deal with.
