Who do you see as a buyer in the $50-$60 range? In fact, who do you even see as a buyer (other than WCOM)?

I didn't read the WSJ article but I can tell you that DA was scheduled for a cash payoff of $14.75 million on 3/5/06 per last year's notice of annual meeting. According to terms of the agreement, that special bonus is payable "in the event of a change in control of the Company and in certail other circumstances prior to such date."

So what does the WSJ article prove? That they can read year old reports and report them as if they were new news instead of dead fish wrapped in last week's newspaper.

If you want to talk about DA's incentive for higher prices, look instead at the 1.2 million VESTED stock options that he holds.
