Pretty quiet the last couple of days.

The recent pullback is providing a good opportunity to pick up some more shares. Looks like a 50% retracement of the advance.

In for another 1K shares at 14 5/8.

One point that I don't think that anyone has mentioned with regards to the MVIS-Boeing relationship is that THIS YEAR both Lockheed Martin and Boeing are prototyping their competing designs for the new Joint Strike Fighter (THE BIG BUDGET next generation US fighter program that is supposed to go into full production in 2001).

Given that the Air Force and Navy are VERY enthusiastic for VRD to be implemented into their aircraft due to superior performance/weight/space considerations, this puts Lockheed Martin in the position of also allying with MVIS to gain access to the technology or developing their own lightweight display system with similar characteristics. Since both Boeing and Lockheed Martin are still working on the aircraft designs, it is easier for Lockheed Martin to approach MVIS sooner rather than later to ensure that the VRD system devised is compatible with BOTH designs.
