Bill,

I was wondering whether Vulcan is planning on immediately converting their preferred to common. Or has GNET just pocketed the money and they now have two classes of stock give two different earnings rates, undiluted and fully diluted.

Just curious if you had heard anything on those lines. If PA has not converted, then technically there are still 12 million outstanding and a tight float. After all, PA didn't buy that stake for nothing.

So while a split does nothing for market capitalization except increase the number of shares, Vulcan's preferred offering also does nothing to increase the number of shares in the float, at least not until PA decides to sell some of those shares.

Your thoughts?

Regards,

Ron
