Actually, I think the CPQ earnings warning is the tip of the iceberg signalling the beginning of the end of the expensive, PC centric computing business and a validation of the internet-connectivity-bandwidth centric model.

Interesting, Jake. Still, PC and internet content are complementary products -- but the PC does seem to be moving faster and faster to the NC that we all laughed about not so long ago.

Will Palm Pilots and/or cell phones or perhaps new access devices start to edge PCs out of the way as the preferred connectivity device?

Right on Jake, I just hope the switch happens slower then three, to six months. I would add wireless net access to what you said.
