OK, I'll try to listen to it soon (..anyone ELSE feel like relaying what was said?) In the meantime, I'll posit that either: a) Tzannes did NOT say or clearly imply what the article reported, in which case he is clean, but Dubow was incompetent in his due diligence. b) Tzannes roughly implied something in that general direction, but nothing clear enough to get hung on. or c) Tzannes said it as clearly as Dubow's article reported it, in which case he has made a blatantly false and likely actionable misrepresentation. I suspect the first, would allow for the second, and would be very surprised at the third. So the only difference listening to the call would make for ME, is in determining if Tzannes made false statements (and NOT if statements he may have made are correct).
