Simply inexcusable response to this news. These guys don't have a clue how to do this.
Why are they pandering to the Canadian market, everything is in $C.
You would have thought they would have greased the skids a little, but then again maybe they tried and no one cares.
They leave the F on when they don't have to.

This is not good and once again reflects on management's ineffectiveness in working with " the street".

I was hoping to be surprised, but not this way.
