Yes it's the first time that ALL the opposition parties in Russia are on the same page; opposing NATO. That coupled with Yeltsin's imminent impeachment, public cries to help Yugoslavia, economic ruin, we're really dealing with an unstable nation that still has extensive nuclear capability. Oil fields may be the first target, but I would also say that tactical nukes would be used against the U.S. aircraft carriers ; as the initial strike.
