The money for the refugee debocle Clinton created is coming from relief funds that were earmarked for Central America to help victims of Hurricane Mitch which destroyed 60% of roadway infrastructure in Honduras alone and killed more people than Mr. M. from Yugoslav. Nice going Clinton.
