AFCI earnings is the week of April 19, no form date yet. It is to be set later this week. ADTN CC is 9:30 AM CT, 1-800-399-0039 April 14,1999. No word on the re-play yet. The call leader is Mark Smith.

Jim, The AFCI CC is tomorrow at 1:30 PM PST. 1-888-867-5888, Reservation #12656555. There is no re-play. I will be in a meeting so I won't be able to hear it. The number of stocks 2 STD deviations below their 200 SMA is indicating a significant pull back. It is currently at 30 percent. When we hit that level in January we pulled back significantly. The direction look more to be down than up in the intermediate time frame. Harry
