B., I just received this PM, thought I'd pass it on (with permission from the sender). re: the AOL post on IDTC, I just checked the Morgan Stanley preferred client board, and of course there is no such intimation there. The last report on IDTC was written 4/5/99 and was rated OUTPERFORM with an official target price of $21 (was trading at $18 day report was written)... they then go on to say " Our DCF (discounted cashflow) valuation gives a midpoint valuation near $30 , giving us additional comfort with our valuation. there is one other mention 4/9, noting that IDTC was a strong performer among the other telco stocks the compnay profile on IDTC was EXTREMELY positive - even after discussing any investment risks that lie ahead for IDTC.
