Editing my last post: This is irresponsible. Just a fit of pique. If the new targets are in the $40-45 range for 1999 or 12 months (with the exception of aberrations like the one below) then people buying at $24-25 or lower are looking at a nice percentage gain. Normally, in this situation, one would expect targets to be highly conservative. Salomon Smith Barney: Downgrade CPQ from 1H to 3H on reduced EPS estimates. Reducing price target from $65 to $25. 1999 EPS estimate of $1-14
