Not to put too fine a point on it, but...

...in my book if Norman didn't choke, he at least suffered a spastic coughing attack. C'mon, a sand wedge pushed 45 feet right into the greenside bunker on 15 looked mighty gaggish, and the birdie bid on 16 was extremely weak. If he makes these two shots he takes the jacket, imo. Legends like Jack, Arnie, Ben, etc. took advantage of these opportunities with regularity. I guess that's the fine line between immortality and the best of the rest.

Not to take anything away from Jose (I was rooting for him) who "grinds" better than anyone. He did earn the jacket, no doubt, but with all the baggage, it *was* Norman's to win.
