the company also recently announced a strong hire to grow the US business

in addition to the recent drug deal w/ elan, clearly there are plans to expand a product pipeline

steps are occurring--

-this is a first class mgmt team that is motivated to build a company and make money for themselves

-this company is backed by a first class strategic partner

-the industry backdrop is favorable

-the valuation is modest

"build it and they will come"

shareholders and price appreciation will follow, imo

Have a note into them. They were supposed to get with me last week when they were in the states. I have not pushed - when they are ready I am. I think the story will get better with time, so really can't see pushing an interview with them.
