Inflation? -

Management's comment on the first quarter, 1999, results:

As expected, the first quarter showed a continuation of the lower sales growth experienced in the second half of 1998. This weakness relates to a slowdown in manufacturing activity of customers we sell to in the U.S. and Canada.

The Company expects to see price increases in the second quarter of 1999. Suppliers have indicated price increases of approximately 10% will begin around May 1, 1999.
