I haven't heard any takeover rumors either, but I have heard the rumor of rumors however. I think that Parlex is more likely to be in the acquiring mode rather than the being acquired mode. Parlex bought the complete dynaflex program from Hadco recently from an initial $1M entry. I would speculate that Parlex could be looking at Adflex for acquisition which is trading at $2 1/2 and just reported terrible results and is general trouble. Parlex obviously a more stable player than Adflex. Good to see positive earnings and the trend to continue.
