Jill, I love Wal-Mart stock and options. No extreme movements but at the end of a year, it has huge gains.

In technology, Compaq CEO's comments might spoil any rebound we could have expected late morning or afternoon. That is why I might wait longer to buy to buy than i had planned. Might just pass on it if I find too much uncertainty.

Looking a bit into Gateway. Its CFO in February was very bullish on CNBC.

The PC industry itself is healthy, and volume has increased. Just look at Yahoo's earning, and the new subscribers, you will know By looking at CPQ's revenue and margin, you will know too, the units are increased, the problem is the margin.
The sub$600 pc business is over for those boxmakers, which created by CPQ, because the ISP companies will give low end PCs away for free, just like the celullar phone business. If you subscribe the service from me, I will give you a free phone set.
