I know he isn't there anymore, he now is helping to run a hedge fund (go figure?). BUT, and what I meant but did express clearly is that the answer to the "Uh-Oh, what does Dan Niles know?" question is probably just the fact that it is options expiration week and the 'MM's' have their best return if INTC is knocked down a strike price or so.... and, in the past, it was during expiration week that TK would come out with his comments right, wrong, or indifferent, and that that was usually enough to move the stock price for several days in the direction he nudged it... And you are very correct in that many times he was talking through his hat.... but that fact only became obvious after the current month's open interest expirations occurred.......
