well, I had to restart it three times - same isp - and it owrked fine for a bit

now it is faltering again

all other web applications work - though broker confirmations are very slow

I continue to loose the connection - only it doesn't say so, so I am looking at static quotes until I catch on

then I have to stop and restart it - it will not reconnect
