FECC is up $1.00 so far this morning. I found this on the RB. >>Major recomendation by German Analysts have lifted the price of FECC by 30%. Internet Stock letter Der Aktionär has recommended FECC with a target price by the end of April of $16!!! Recipients of the letter are expected to pile in. Rumours confirm the deal with USWEB will be signed shortly and that further good news is expected. I think we are about to see a run on this stock so I hope you are all invested<<
