To those with LVL 2 screens: are there lots on the bid side, waiting to buy on dips? Any insight from watching the queues ?

I think that the illiquidity here (and the low volume)suggests that there are very few sellers willing to give up there shares at these prices.

I have shorted a ton of 04ASND90 puts to collect premiums ranging from 1-7/16 to 1-11/16. With only a few more days to go prior to expiration, the implied volatility of about 62% results in a decent amount of premium to short.

Also trying to go long a ton of 04ASND90 calls at prices ranging from 3-5/8 to 4, but are having a lot of difficulty because of the illiquidity.

Count me in for some more too.

Right now you have to look at who benefits most from cheaper, low margin computers. The correct answer is: Anybody who provides Internet services.

I view the Compaq preannouncement as a boon to LU/ASND and as a signal that the need for more bandwidth will be expanding at a greater than expected clip.
