Tony, you of all people should know what can be accomplished by a dedicated boiler room sales force with incentives.

Don't ask me who wants to buy it, because I sure don't know. I just saw NITE come onto the bid at 6 1/4 with 5000 shares, then saw them hitting the offer at 3/8 and knew it was headed north. Maybe it's just nervous shorts getting out.

For all the technicians out there, the 200 day EMA ~6 3/4 is acting as resistance here.

Web Site Launched Against e-trade -- New Brokerage Concepts for Traders
Introduced by Tipheret Inc.
SAN FRANCISCO (April 12) BUSINESS WIRE -April 12, 1999--Tipheret Inc. has
launched the first in a series of unique web sites designed to
implement a business paradigm of profitable web sites devoted to
economic and political change.

This initial web site located at www.tipheretinc.com begins as an
Internet business strategy meant to be used in conjunction with a class
action against e-trade. However, it expands into an examination of the
long and short term business strategies of e-trade and other trading
firms.

As an alternative, Tipheret's web site offers new concepts for a
brokerage house around which disgruntled traders can organize. These
concepts include safeguards against over capacity and partial sharing
of a firm's investment banking income with its customer base.

According to company spokesman Steven Gilburne, "The approach embodied
in this web site represents a new tool for consumers to use in forcing
companies to deliver better service. Given a good response to this web
site it has the added benefit of creating new businesses by organizing
consumers around well thought out concepts and then using this critical
mass of people to create the necessary business infrastructure. This is
an approach unique to the Internet's capabilities and represents a
niche which Tipheret will seek to intensively develop in the very near
term future."

Tipheret Inc. is based in San Francisco.

Its web site is www.tipheretinc.com

Note to Editors: In the name e-trade, the dash is actually an asterisk,
a character that does not transmit over the wire.
