Haven't been here on the bench for a while. Was wondering if the S-1 was ever revised to fill in all the blanks of the initial filing in early March ?

In defense of Terri, in a company this size, she probably does have some other responsibilities. And I guarantee you that she does not make the decision to release news or not; that's coming from above.

That said, anyone who wants to be in that type of position has got to be able to take some lumps!!!

Everen broker tells me ipo not until july or aug., they got to "pay the mortgage first". This answer after i told my everen broker this thread had a msg saying another everen broker said announcement was coming before the end of this month. He called the head office and the aforementioned is what he told me.
