Just listened to the conference call from last week. Mike Morrell was VERY upbeat. The current conditions for growth potential ae excellent IMO. Some highlights from the CC:

1. Running rate for FY 99 is $40-45M in revenue.
2. Air ambulance results from MAR were about 2.5M
3. Currently on the table are deals with Cybercare and Medventures.
Revenue for Medventures is currently 12-14M.
4. Organic growth is currently 10-15% annually.
5. AESI is currently a 60M revenue company with significant profit. They have 100,000 subscribers in the Tampa area and are looking at two FL counties currently.
6. Some hospitals are very interested in routing healthcare calls to their disabled nurses. They have to pay these people anyway, so they can use their services productively rather than hiring new people.
7. MIOA and AESI use the same auditors, so the books should be finalized shortly and then a proxy will be sent to both companies to vote on merger.
8. Mike expects an April close on the Cybercare and Medventures deals. AESI will come later (within 60 days) due to the proxy vote that must be done.
9. New company name will be either CYBERCARE.COM or VITALNET.COM
10. MIOA has been contacted by 4 air ambulance services about combining. MIOA will accept NO LESS THAN 15% internal organic growth.

IMO this is the ground floor on a very nice skyscraper.
