ICPT - E-Commerce for Small Banks Havn't done full research yet, but it recently moved to NASDAQ and is starting to move. I haven't been able to find much discussion on it, so I was interested in hearing another opinion. The InterCept Group designs, develops, markets, and implements a suite of fully integrated electronic commerce products and services primarily for community financial institutions in the U.S.. For the fiscal year ended 12/31/98, total revenues rose 24% to $28.9 million. Net income applicable to Common totalled $2.5 million vs. a loss of $427 thousand. Revenues reflect an increase in EFT and data processing and data communications management services. Earnings reflect higher margins.
