Speros President and Chief Operating Officer for its U.S. Operations. Mr. Speros will spearhead U.S. operations from Northern Virginia where his first task is to expand the company and build a team of 40 professionals to promote Sideware's innovative products and IBM solutions.

Mr. Speros is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Clemson University in South Carolina. His considerable experience in business includes real estate, public companies and professional sports. Mr. Speros also holds the position of President and CEO of Exploration Mirandor, Inc., a publicly held mining exploration company. He recently negotiated a $17.5 million agreement with Kinross Gold Corporation; jointly they manage one of the largest gold exploration projects in the U.S. A Washington D.C. native, Speros was a member of two Washington Redskin Super Bowl organizations, and went on to become president and owner of two successful Canadian Football League teams; the Baltimore Stallions, winners of the 1995 Grey Cup Championship, and the Montreal Alouettes. Mr. Speros also served as Vice Chairman and was a member of the Board of Governors for the Canadian Football League. In 1995, Mr. Speros received honors as Washington D.C.'s Touchdown Club's Timmie Award recipient for 'Local Boy Makes Good' and the state of Maryland recognized him as one of the '1995 Master Entrepreneurs of the Year'. For the past four years, he has been one of the investors and chief organizers of Virginia Baseball, Inc., an organization that plans on attracting a professional baseball team to Northern Virginia.
Virginia Congressman Tom Davis is instrumental in the establishment of Northern Virginia as a global hi-tech corridor. In addition to his U.S. Sideware Corporation title, Speros holds the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Sideware Systems, Inc., the parent company.
