Timing of upcoming events . . .

According to a recent poster, we can expect 1Q earnings on April 21. Two days later, according to an SEC document, we can expect the merger to go final. On May 11, there is CTST.

So here's the way that would play out: Earnings are nothing special (according to Ron Ohio), so the stock stays down. Two days later, with a low stock price, the merger goes through and IDX has much less to depreciate over time, thereby saving itself some money. But a within the two or three weeks after the merger and before CTST, IDX/IDT makes a big push with announcements.

All's well that ends well. We hope.
