Tom - I hate internet stocks in general - like Priceline (PCLN) - I think will tank

- But with WCAP - they have hard assets

- This week, for instance, Janney Montgomery is doing an ipo called Worldgate (WGAT) - which is suppose to be a home run.

- With only 5 million shares o/s; if the deal boosts the privately held shares by $200 mill - that's a $40 increase per share to WGAT

- Sorry if I'm talking like a bean counter

- But this isn't rocket science.

- A $5 mill boost in net asset value; drives the price of WCAP up $1

- A $200 mill boost drives stock price of WCAP up $40

- And a $billion dollar deal... would drive stock price up $200 per share

- can someone check & see how many shares of WGAT that WCAP has?

thanks.
