Richard, I mentioned TGLO as a momo, based on its 2-for-1 split. . .it rose about a dozen points then.

Most likely the shares are offer to INSTITUTIONAL investors so the are not really part of the float.

BTW, I hate when people say this about secondary offerings. This isn't some OTC company offering convertable shares for pennies on the dollar. The company went public at $9, now they are in the $70's why shouldn't they raise more captial at this level? They will make several hundred million that can be used to improve the business and INCREASE earnings. They are set to make approx 4 times what they made from the initial public offering alone.
