G* passes I* in stock price - will it hold for the close? This should gain visibility and favor with many who are being introduced into the sector. (Money is looking for a home as it is shifted out of the technology (computer) sector due to slowing gains being reported.)

Positive momentum from last week's price gains will continue through this week with the pending Soyuz launch. Add a little push from the Loral move and the 'breakout' continues into the mid 20s.

P.S. Delta III launch: Re-configure of the range takes 36 hours and after Delta to Titan, Titan to Atlas efforts in the past days, the local team gets some rest. Add to the equation that the Delta crew would be spilt between both coasts if they tried a April 15th launch, the result is that the Loral Orion sat gets bumped. If all goes well everywhere, they might move it up from the 22nd area, but moving to the left is a rare thing on the range.
