s.l., The key point from my post is "at these levels" because it always is good to invest if the stock will go up. But, there is a lot of risk in SFE right now, for what gain? How much would I have to buy to get what number of IPO shares? Would the dollar trade-off work in my favor? Since we don't know the details, we can't answer that right now, but I would bet that it won't pay off. IPOs are faster, and that's why everyone.com is shoving everything.com out the door as fast as possible. --John
