WCAP owns around 94k shares in WGAT..

If WGAT trades at 50, WCAP's investment will be valued at around 94,000 * 50 = 4.7 MM (excluding any discount)

As WCAP has more than 5 MM o/s, this increases the value of its investments by around $1/share..

I think your post was totally off - maybe you interchanged the WCAP and WGAT symbols... Sorry if I appeared to be rude.
