IDT IS A CLEAR WINNER!

IDT (IDTC) seems to be clearly following in the footsteps of RNWK. I recognized RNWK one year ago and bought 1000 shares at 15. Today this stock currently valued at over $230 per share. The focus of the recent IDT internet partnership and licensing frenzy is focused on there product called Net2Phone. Within the last month the following companies have recognized the potential for this company as a leader in today's internet telephony industry by licensing or partnering with them: AOL Netscape (AOL), Prodigy (PRGY), Yahoo (YHOO), Infospace (INSP)

Net2Phone is a service that allows a person to place calls from your PC to any regular phone. For the first time EVER you can use the Internet to call anyone, anywhere without having to disconnect from the Internet. For example, a person can call anywhere in the U.S. during the week for 3 cents/minute or 1 cent/minute on weekends. A person can even call London and other international countries for as little as 10 cents/minute anytime.

E-commerce websites such as 1-800-FLOWERS and Land's End have begun to license this technology. Net2Phone enables users to talk to a sales representative simply by clicking a button on a web site and talking into the computer microphone.

The company will most probably spin off a company for this product which would enable IDT investors to get the IPO. This new company will definitely be bought out by a big bell such as AT&T. If this happens, other big bells will scramble to buy it's main competitor, VocalTec (VOCLF).

Since AOL recently signed a deal to incorporate Net2Phone in all new versions of Netscape, Microsoft will probably be looking to license the source code from IDT for millions of dollars to incorporate it into it's Internet Explorer browser which directly competes with Netscape as it did with Real Network's Real Player which lead to the development of Microsoft NetShow. Otherwise, Microsoft might turn to it's competition such as VocalTec.

Does this sound familiar ? It's happeneing again; IDT is following in the same path as Real Networks (RNWK).
