Why is it that every time someone starts screeching about their favorite BB stock distribution scheme, and I go to Edgar, the best I find is a list of 144s. How is one supposed to judge a stock if they file no audited financials? Don't they count their money? Perhaps they don't have time, since they're so busy trying to quash the opinions of posters on Internet threads. Of course they find the time to sell their restricted stock to the gullible at inflated prices. I have no interest in spending any more time on a company whose chairman has nothing better to do during the business day than to post on Internet opinion threads, and which company files nothing but 144s with the SEC.
