Well, I have my daughter's dELiA*s (Summer Countdown '99) catalog in my hand. It refers to gURL.com generously. It's on the flap to the cover page, where there are prizes for entering online. There are also multi-colored inserts which talk about free e-mail, chat rooms, games, giveaways, and bug postcards.
