The RBC Net Action is no better. It is like trading in slow motion against a real time ticker. They need to do something and stop printing the excuse books and add another line and another rep IMHO.What a joke.Try to get a market order filled with net actionIt takes a half hour to get the order open and then they fill at a price that is way above what you were looking for on a fast moving stock.1 day in 20 when there is no activity like holidays and week-ends they are pretty fast.........

When I couldn't get through On Webbroker this morning I went for the phone. I was on the phone on hold with Greenline for 4 minutes before I got a trader. I can't believe they are the best online broker....what a joke. As we speak I have the phone to my ear...I've been on hold for over three minutes.

Edit: Just found out...I didn't get filled at 43.65 on TGO because Greenline took over 12 minutes to send my order. Thought my order had gone through since I saw a Greenline order go through a couple of minutes after my order. That little screw up just cost me $500 in lost profits so far......#@#%*@#!$#%^%#@@$^&%$#@@.

I blew up at the trader at Greenline saying I was on hold on the phone at the same time I was trying to place the order through Webbroker. I was trying to find the fast route. "Sorry sir, we don't guarantee fill times and during fast moving market you could have up to an hour delay"

I'm done trading for the day....I need a drink!!!!

Best Regards
KEITH

Your statement about Greenline being non-functional and the replies that you got about other discount brokers says it all. That's why I have never used them. I get better commish and instant service at my old firm. People have to start realizing that cheaper certainly is not better, and that full service firms can be negotiated down to the same as discount firms and you will get great service and no agony.
