Tech Fool, Can you post a link to the DWA site. The sector indicators intrigue me. It sounds like a good way to track sector rotation. Time is not as critical for that as one can always pick up the second tier stocks if one miss the initial wave of buying. What is te NYSEBP? >>DSL ISPs are big right now: COVD, ABOV, and soon to ipo: NPNT, CMTN Thanks for the DSL ISP list. I will add them to my watch list. Do you have a particular preference or do you plan to buy a basket of these stocks in order to spread the risk out. Harry
