Hi, Skip: Good to see your key's are working. The info is nice to see thanks for that posting. Say do you remeber the last time Mr Dow and Mr Price went to Fl. what came to be? Seems like just something yet I cannot find it in my notes and I thought you may have them. Please E-Mail any notes you may have. Looking at the chart seems there may be a lull again. Will this one ever get to anyones guess above the .04 level? I have very little of NPEC just waiting for some facts to be settled and will make a decision on what to do at that time.
