Jaime, yes, the bottom in the RUT on 3/23 was a five wave decline from the 1/8 high and peaked below support and reversed back up, making it a failed h&S, it retested the right shoulder this morning and reversed hard back up/

This may have bottomed the a/d line. If the breadth improves, the market will go up.

The 9 month cycle may have been distorted somewhat by the signifcant correction into 10/8
