waltertx, ......Get a life! or at least a dose of reality. Jim Johnson's post about Adam "boasting" about profits in the 4th quarter was entirely accurate, and also apparently, the source was not. It's obvious you are lacking in the basics of history here. It's also obvious you are "starry eyed" regarding "family" and there is no objective reasoning on earth you are willing to comprehend. Denial of reality is a fatal flaw, especially in management. It's part of the reason the situation is as it is today, IMHO. Is management doing everything it can to create a positive spin on the first quarter '99? Were some big ticket payroll items deferred to second quarter, or later? Was the computer system down for three weeks (3 weeks???) making it difficult to prepare financials, and probably to pay bills also? What else didn't occur in the first quarter that should have in the normal course of business? What new surprises are being concocted that "outsiders" will only learn of much later? Sure missed those promised financials being present at the shareholder's meeting. Are shareholders dealing with "Alice" or the "Mad Hatter" in this "tea party"? Or is it just "Tweedle Dee" and "Tweedle Dum"? And finally, don't flatter yourself. Most who post here, especially those "outsiders" who lost so much, are not concerned about the welfare of an apparent "insider" who may have profited from the Company's actions. It's those "outsiders" who paid full price for their shares, at the height of the Company's "success", that are painfully aware of why the share price is at the level it is today. Say these words waltertx ...."NEGATIVE SHAREHOLDER EQUITY", ......."BIG LOSSES", ... and "MISLEADING COMPANY STATEMENTS". If you could say them, or at least comprehend them, then there is a glimmer of hope you are not entirely controlled. Nevertheless, I certainly don't care personally. It's one of those things that is more important to one's personal assessment of their own self worth. Regards, Bob.
