RT 16 7/8, looks like someone doesn't want it to break to upside though. Lets hope for an annoncement soon then NAVR will be unleashed IMO.

Somebody shoot me for selling my WCAP at 25 (now 58) Did buy at 11 so I made over 100% but I never quite realize how many "greater fools" their really are out there. The same will be true of NAVR once we're discovered. The question is, sell at the 27 previous spike hi, or hold out for more. Decisions, decisions.
