WalterTx: You are correct. I expect to be deposed during the week of April 19th (whether it will be the 20th or the 21st, I don't know). My understanding is that the agenda will be as follows: 1. Settlement Options. 2. Depositions of Messrs. Adam and Sukey. 3. Depositions of Messrs. Lee and Provost. Additional people will be deposed but no other Plaintiffs will be involved. This very simply is because we have reduced the number of Plaintiffs from six to two. Texas Law allows the Defense to depose the Plaintiffs, it also allows the Plaintiffs to adjust their number.
