More lies from GARD: An assessment of these technologies and their potential market impact was made by Barrington Financial Securities, believed by GS Telecom at the time to be an ''independent analyst.'' On April 8, 1999, the company learned that Barrington Financial Securities is an affiliate of Union Trading-Financial. The company can no longer consider Barrington Financial Securities to be ''independent,'' and hereby rescinds previous statements to that effect. Obviously, GARD knew full well that "Barrington" was not an independent analyst and this is a pathetic attempt to cover up the fraud and obstruct justice.
